		<description>SDrunner, thanks for checking out the post! I have the HR zone as well and I&#039;m never in it for the complete duration of my run, usually I&#039;m over the zone. I tried to set my own zone but that definitely didn&#039;t work. Back to the manual! I&#039;m glad to hear your review of the Timex; I have the normal Timex Ironman watch which I love and if the Polar for some reason doesn&#039;t cut it I&#039;d be happy switching to Timex. Sucks that you had to go through those intervals while your watch was beeping though..awkward! lol</description>
